Please note since we left LMG we have three separate billing departments, depending on the type and date of your service.

 For Medical Services, with a date of service on or after June 1, 2025, including Office Visits, Sleep Studies and Oral Appliances, please contact Comprehensive Sleep Care Center Medical Billing Department.

 

For Medical Services, with a date of service before June 1, 2025, including Office Visits, Sleep Studies, and Oral Appliances, please contact LMG Medical Billing Department.

 

For all DME (Durable Medical Equipment) billing questions, including CPAP and BiPAP Machine, and Supplies, please contact CSCC.
