Sleep affects everything from your energy, mood, focus, relationships, and long-term health. Sometimes it shows up as a child who just can’t settle at night. Sometimes it’s a partner who gently (or not so gently) suggests they may need to start sleeping in the guest room because of the snoring. If that conversation has come up in your home, you’re not alone, and there are real solutions.
As a Nurse Practitioner caring for both pediatric and adult patients, I provide comprehensive sleep care across the lifespan. My background includes caring for the tiniest and most fragile babies in the NICU, placing newborns on CPAP and BiPAP, and monitoring every breath. I understand not only the medical complexity of respiratory and sleep support, but also the emotional weight parents carry in those moments. And as a mom myself, including having my own youngest on CPAP, I don’t just understand it clinically. I’ve lived it. I know the worry, the questions, the late-night monitoring, and the deep desire to make the best decisions for your child.
As a dual-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I take a whole-person approach to sleep health. From pediatric sleep challenges and excessive snoring to adult obstructive sleep apnea, insomnia, chronic fatigue, and DOT compliance requirements, I combine evidence-based sleep medicine with compassionate, individualized care. I also recognize the powerful connection between stress, mental wellness, and restorative sleep.
At the heart of my practice is listening by truly hearing your story, your concerns, and your goals. Whether we’re helping your child breathe easier at night or saving your spouse from relocating to another bedroom, my mission is simple: to provide thoughtful, comprehensive care that helps you sleep better and live better.
